About the role

What you’ll do

Connect third-party platforms such as HRIS, payroll, and ATS systems
Contribute AI features to the product
Own integration development from research and design through deployment
Monitor and continuously improve integrations
Analyze and troubleshoot API issues
What you’ll need
Experience building and maintaining third-party integrations
Experience with data pipelines or ETL
Strong back-end software development skills
Strong API experience including REST, GraphQL, webhooks, OAuth, and data synchronization
Ability to work independently on a small team and manage priorities
Comfort using AI tools in development; Kotlin or JVM language experience and startup experience are pluses
