About the role
GSW is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to craft user-centered digital experiences for web, mobile, and emerging platforms, with a focus on healthcare audiences and brand goals, while mentoring junior team members.
What you’ll do
Translate strategic direction into visual and interactive designs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Art Directors, Copywriters, and Technologists
Iterate on work through production handoff
Create interactive and motion-based design solutions that enhance storytelling
Transform complex healthcare concepts into elegant, user-friendly experiences
Mentor junior team members and manage workflows
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interactive Media, or related field
4+ years of experience in digital or experience design
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital experiences, UI/UX, motion design, and healthcare-related work
Deep understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
Familiarity with component libraries, responsive design, and accessibility standards
Experience designing for healthcare professionals and patient/consumer audiences
