About the role
Midea America is hiring a Senior Manager of Product Planning to lead multi-year product roadmaps and new product introductions across major appliances, home comfort, floor care, and small appliances. The role works cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and R&D to turn market insights into product strategy and business growth.

Coordinate product planning with marketing, sales, and R&D teams
Align product strategies with business growth goals
Manage stage-gate or comparable NPI process
Turn market data into clear product decisions
Manage multiple projects and priorities across product categories
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field
Minimum 7 years in home appliances industry, including 3 years in product planning/product management
Strong understanding of home appliances market trends, customer preferences, channels, and competition
Proven ability to build multi-year product roadmaps and manage NPI processes
Strong leadership, analytical, strategic, and communication skills
Experience with global/overseas R&D and manufacturing teams; MBA preferred
