About the role

What you’ll do
Shape and deliver ServiceNow solutions for healthcare customers
Architect ITOM Visibility and Service Mapping solutions
Engage with customers to understand and address needs
Ensure technical quality of delivered solutions
Mentor and coach team members on technical development
Support presales solution design and estimates
What you’ll need
5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with hands-on ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping
ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification plus ITOM CIS certifications
10 years of client-facing experience supporting business transformation through technology
Experience with XML, HTML, Angular JS, RESTful Web Services, and advanced JavaScript on ServiceNow
Knowledge of ServiceNow constructs including IntegrationHub, scoped application development, and Studio
Experience assigning estimates and coaching resources against user stories
