What you’ll need
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Payroll, HCM, PEO, Merchant Services, Payments, FinTech, or B2B sales environments
Proven success sourcing outside sales professionals, account executives, business consultants, and other revenue-generating roles
Strong understanding of Payroll, HCM, Merchant Services, Payment Processing, or related industries
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing tools
Experience with ATS platforms, preferably ADP Workforce Now
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related recruiting technologies
