About the role
7Th Sky Tech is looking for a Senior IAM Architect to lead hands-on identity and access management architecture, implementation, and migration across IAM, PAM, and IGA. This hybrid, full-time role in Atlanta focuses on enterprise identity transformation, platform consolidation, and non-human identity management.
What you’ll do
Lead hands-on IAM architecture, implementation, configuration, and platform migration
Drive PAM, vaulting, session management, and privileged access workflows
Implement IGA connectors, provisioning/deprovisioning, workflows, and certification campaigns
Deliver hands-on IGA/PAM platform migration, consolidation, and integration
Design target-state identity architecture for post-merger integration and tenant consolidation
Manage non-human identity lifecycle, service accounts, credential rotation, and OIDC/SPIFFE integrations
What you’ll need
15+ years of experience in IAM, PAM, and IGA
Strong hands-on IAM architecture, implementation, configuration, and platform migration experience
Expertise with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea for PAM, vaulting, and privileged access workflows
Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, or ServiceNow Identity Governance for connectors, provisioning/deprovisioning, and certifications
Hands-on IGA/PAM platform migration, consolidation, and integration, including post-merger identity integration and tenant consolidation
Must be a Senior Architect, not an IAM Engineer; USC/GC candidates only
