What you’ll do

Present compliance matters, audit results, and corrective action plans to executive leadership
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree required
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Law, or related field
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance, healthcare administration, managed care operations, regulatory affairs, auditing, or related functions
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing managers, directors, or multidisciplinary teams
Expertise in Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Managed Care, MAP, MLTC, Integrated Care, and NYS Department of Health regulatory requirements
Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)
