What you’ll do
Define entitlements and billing product strategy for subscription plans and usage
Shape customer and go-to-market experiences from purchase through usage, overage, and reporting
Partner with product, engineering, sales, finance, and operations
Own cross-system architecture decisions with engineering
Synthesize customer feedback into crisp product decisions and clear narratives
What you’ll need
5–8 years of product management experience
Hands-on experience with entitlements, licensing, and billing
Proven customer-facing PM experience with GTM enablement and deal support
Strong technical fluency to partner with engineering
Track record of navigating senior stakeholders and prioritizing in ambiguous, high-impact spaces
Customer-obsessed communicator who synthesizes feedback into product decisions and narratives
