About the role
IBM is seeking a Senior Principal Functional Lead to lead Oracle Cloud Financials tracks on ERP engagements, driving client requirements, solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment. The role requires deep expertise across core financial modules, full-cycle implementation leadership, and strong collaboration with global teams.
What you’ll do
Lead functional tracks on Oracle Cloud ERP engagements
Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials modules
Guide client requirements and solution design
Lead configuration, data migration, testing, and knowledge transfer
Facilitate global design workshops and business process analysis
Collaborate with customers, PMO, and onsite/offshore teams
Good knowledge of general accounting and accounting principles
Minimum of 5 years of ERP implementation experience
Experience leading 2+ full cycle Oracle Cloud Applications implementations as Module Lead
Experience with business process consulting, system integration testing, training, and production deployment
Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to work independently; 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent
