EY seeks a Manager to build and scale its Workiva practice within Financial Accounting Advisory Services, leading Workiva solution architecture, implementation, and optimization for financial reporting and governance, risk, and compliance. The role also supports client delivery, team development, and business development for large organizations.
What you’ll do
Lead Workiva solution architecture, implementation, and optimization for financial reporting and GRC
Support client delivery including ownership of scope, timeline, budget, quality, risks, and client expectations
Coach, supervise, and develop engagement teams, including offshore delivery teams
Lead client workshops, synthesize complex requirements, and communicate recommendations to executives
Support proposals, demonstrations, pursuit strategy, and account expansion opportunities
Collaborate across accounting, reporting, finance transformation, technology, risk, ESG, and managed services teams
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Finance, Business, Data Analytics or related field and 6-10 years supporting Workiva implementations
Experience as functional lead, solution architect, project manager, or implementation lead on multiple Workiva deployments
Deep understanding of Workiva connected reporting architecture including Wdesk, Wdata, Chains, reporting automation, workflow management, and data governance
Experience implementing reporting solutions for SEC reporting, regulatory reporting, management reporting, SOX compliance, internal controls, or GRC programs
Experience designing reporting and data architectures integrating Workiva with ERP, EPM, CPM, data warehouse, or source systems
Exceptional communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills
