About the role
Rhythm Pharmaceuticals is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support G&A technology systems for Legal, HR, and Procurement, including implementation, maintenance, compliance, testing, and issue resolution in a global biopharmaceutical environment.
What you’ll do
Support technology initiatives and systems for Legal, HR, and Procurement
Implement and maintain G&A business applications
Ensure compliance and governance of systems
Perform testing and issue resolution
Manage work requests across multiple business areas
Translate customer business needs into application and operational requirements
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
3-5 years of experience with G&A applications such as IronClad, Coupa, MediSpend, and ADP
Experience supporting applications in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
