About the role
Ascentek seeks an Applied AI Analyst to enable, deploy, and drive adoption of AI and data solutions built by its IT Platforms & Integrations team. The role translates business needs into testable requirements, coaches users to build AI agents on governed Microsoft Fabric data, and supports rollout and adoption.

Translate business needs into detailed, testable requirements
Support rollout and user adoption of AI solutions
Coach business teams to build agents using governed Microsoft Fabric data
Build prototypes and guide others with AI agent tooling
Manage multiple concurrent solution and adoption efforts across stakeholders
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years in business analysis or solutions/enablement translating business needs into testable requirements
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or comparable AI assistant/agent tooling
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or similar data/BI platforms and data models
Ability to enable and coach non-technical business users toward self-service
Working knowledge of responsible-AI practices and data governance; familiarity with Claude and enterprise platforms a plus
