About the role
Seeking a Salesforce Product Owner with Health Cloud certification to lead Salesforce delivery and platform enhancements, translating business needs into requirements and coordinating implementation, testing, and production support.
What you’ll do
Lead Salesforce delivery and ongoing platform enhancements
Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams
Coordinate implementation, testing, releases, and production support
Own product backlog and drive Salesforce initiatives from concept to implementation
Manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
Coordinate testing and business UAT
What you’ll need
Significant experience as a Product Owner supporting Salesforce products
Strong functional understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem
Salesforce Health Cloud certification
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Health Cloud
Healthcare industry experience
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
