About the role
Visualfabriq is hiring a Customer Solution Architect to guide CPG customers in using its revenue forecasting and optimization software, support partner-led implementations, and relay customer needs to Product Management. The role requires deep TPM/sales planning experience and consulting skills, with a remote, senior-level focus in the United States.

Break down complex customer problems using consulting frameworks
Collaborate with customers and partners across cultures and levels
What you’ll need
Minimum 5 years of experience in software/consultancy with TPM or sales planning solutions, and/or FMCG/CPG with TPM, sales planning, or RGM processes
In-depth understanding of commercial processes between CPG/FMCG manufacturers and retailers
Hands-on experience with TPM or other sales planning tools, SaaS systems, and ERP systems such as SAP
Ability to break down complex customer problems with structured consulting frameworks
Good communication skills and fluent English, written and spoken
Comfortable using Agentic AI solutions in day-to-day work
