Master's or advanced clinical degree with 1 year experience, or Bachelor's degree with 3 years experience, or equivalent combination
Hands-on SQL, Python, Intermediate/Advanced Excel, and BI tools like Tableau
Knowledge of data/analytics engineering, schema management, modeling, and ELT/ETL best practices
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and translate findings into operational improvements
Experience and knowledge of healthcare, revenue cycle, and related data
Knowledge and experience with EPIC and Clarity Data Model
