About the role
Kepler Communications seeks a Director of Product to lead strategy, roadmaps, and execution for its platform, payload, and services portfolio, integrating communications and data services for defense and commercial customers while coordinating global teams.
What you’ll do
Lead product strategy, roadmaps, and execution across the product portfolio
Integrate platform, payload, communications, and data services for defense and commercial customers
Coordinate global, distributed teams
Engage customers and stakeholders
Manage complex product portfolios and multiple product lines
Build and execute product roadmaps in technical domains
What you’ll need
8+ years in Product Management with 3+ years in a leadership role
BS/BA in engineering, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Experience with Canadian, US, and European commercial and defense customers, regulators, or markets
Proven experience owning complex product portfolios and executing roadmaps in technical domains
Experience in space, satellite, defense, or deep tech industries with familiarity in satellite communications, networking, or mission operations
Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership in global distributed teams, and willingness to adopt AI-assisted engineering tools
