What you’ll do
Lead and review QA and Performance strategy
Develop and maintain automated test frameworks
Integrate automated testing and continuous performance testing into CI/CD
Leverage AI to enhance automation and test efficiency
Conduct performance testing and identify bottlenecks
Monitor and debug applications for root cause analysis
What you’ll need
8+ years of hands-on technology experience in software development and test automation
Deep experience with automated test frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright)
Extensive experience with performance testing tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling)
Full-stack development with Angular, React Native, and SpringBoot
Knowledge of AWS and observability tools (Splunk, New Relic)
Experience with Agile and CI/CD (DevSecOps)
