About the role
McGraw Hill seeks a Senior Director to lead its Professional Learning product business, owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple portfolios and integrating TeachFX. The role directs cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and optimize offerings that drive teacher development and student outcomes.
What you’ll do
Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Professional Learning portfolios
Lead cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and optimize offerings
Oversee P&L and business-case delivery, including revenue and profit management
Integrate acquired or partner products (e.g., TeachFX) into the platform
Engage with customers and analyze market data to drive product decisions
Manage multi-year product lifecycles from strategic planning to retirement
10+ years of product management or equivalent leadership experience
Experience in K-12 professional learning, curriculum-based professional learning, instructional coaching, or teacher development
Proven experience with P&L responsibility, including services-based lines of business
Ability to generate and use qualitative and quantitative data for product decisions
Experience integrating acquired products and aligning product, technology, and go-to-market teams
