About the role
Senior Site Reliability Engineer responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of MeridianLink's serverless production platform on AWS, including database administration, monitoring, and incident response.
What you’ll do
Own AWS account and database administration
Manage backup and disaster recovery
Implement production monitoring and alerting
Lead incident response and on-call ownership
Ensure infrastructure scalability and continuous operational improvement
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years related experience or equivalent
5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform operations with production systems
3+ years hands-on AWS with serverless services (Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, CloudWatch, S3)
Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, and bash for automation
Experience with Linux, DNS, TLS, Docker, GitHub Actions, and infrastructure as code
