About the role
Anduril Industries is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for supply chain and intelligence systems roles, building talent pipelines and advising senior leaders as the company scales. The role is hybrid at the Costa Mesa office and requires deep recruiting experience in logistics, procurement, and manufacturing engineering.
What you’ll do
Manage full-cycle recruiting for supply chain and intelligence systems roles
Build and manage talent pipelines for niche supply chain engineering positions
Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders on hiring and talent strategies
Report on recruiting progress and advise on hiring approaches
Manage high-volume candidate pipelines and track progress throughout the recruitment process
Ensure positive candidate experiences and ITAR-compliant hiring practices
What you’ll need
6+ years of experience as a high-volume full-cycle recruiter
3+ years of experience working with senior leaders and stakeholders
Experience recruiting at an agency and fast-paced startup
Experience hiring exempt roles in Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering
Knowledge of ITAR policies around hiring practices
Ability to be onsite/hybrid at the Costa Mesa office
