What you’ll need
3-5 years of experience in email and lifecycle marketing
Proven ability to design and deploy high-impact campaigns using CRM and ESP tools (e.g., Customer.io)
Strong grasp of segmentation, automation, personalization, and customer journey mapping
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
Experience partnering with creative and data teams
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
