Build the operating system for seller ramp and execution
Evolve global onboarding, role readiness, and Field OS
Design AI-enabled enablement workflows and automation
Use measurement and feedback to improve outcomes
Manage and develop a small enablement team

Proven ability to design and run global enablement programs end-to-end
Experience with live and async enablement across regions and time zones
Strong program leadership and operating cadence
Experience building scalable enablement systems
