Flowserve is hiring a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead the global Repairs and Services portfolio, developing multi-year strategies and service offerings across commercial, operations, engineering, and finance teams to improve customer value and profitable growth.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or related technical/commercial discipline
5+ years in industrial aftermarket, repairs and services, MRO, field service, lifecycle solutions, product management, or commercial strategy
Experience developing, managing, commercializing, or positioning service-based offerings in industrial/technical environments
Ability to develop and execute multi-year product/service/portfolio strategies across cross-functional organizations
Strong commercial, financial, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills
Experience in valve repair, flow control, pumps, industrial equipment, or heavy-industrial aftermarket; repair centers, service centers, field-service teams, or QRC models
