About the role
This Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer will build and operate ArsenalOS applications for production planning, work assignment, and factory-floor dashboards, owning Maritime-specific manufacturing software requirements. The role focuses on delivering reliable, offline-capable interfaces across Anduril's factories.
What you’ll do
Build and operate ArsenalOS applications for production planning, work assignment, and factory-floor dashboards
Own Maritime-specific manufacturing software requirements
Deliver reliable, offline-capable interfaces across Anduril factories
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams
Design UX/UI for non-desk workers, including touch-optimized and rugged device interfaces
Deploy edge computing architectures for factory floor applications
What you’ll need
8+ years of software engineering experience building production systems
Deep expertise in full-stack web development across frontend and backend
Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and modern web frameworks
Experience building offline-capable web apps with service workers, IndexedDB, and PWA patterns
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or OT-adjacent domains (MES, SCADA, PLC integration, factory automation)
U.S. Person status; eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
