About the role
EY seeks a Senior Product Manager to support financial services clients in defining and launching products using human-centered and AI-enabled methods, guiding multidisciplinary teams through product strategy, discovery, delivery, and implementation.
What you’ll do
Define and manage product vision, roadmaps, and backlogs
Guide multidisciplinary teams through product discovery, delivery, and implementation
Facilitate requirements documentation and solution alternatives with technical, design, and business stakeholders
Drive ideation sessions, standups, sprints, and scrums
Manage communications, identify risks, and escalate appropriately
Scope projects, staff teams, and manage delivery workstreams
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IS Management, or related field with 3 years of experience (or Master's with 2 years)
Experience using AI-enabled tools or methods for research synthesis, prototyping, or product analytics
Proven delivery skills including scoping, staffing, and managing client deliverables
Domain knowledge of financial services market, technology, data, and regulatory dynamics
Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, and evaluation of AI-generated outputs
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
