About the role
Infosys seeks a Product Owner in the retail domain to support business analysis, technology evaluation, and solution architecture for retail merchandising systems. The role works within SAFe Agile Release Trains, partners with Product Owners on backlog health and prioritization, and translates client opportunities into AI/ML-enabled product features.
What you’ll do
Support strategic decisions and implementation in retail, including merchandising
Contribute to scalable, reliable systems aligned with client goals
Evaluate technologies and define solution architecture
Partner with Product Owners to support backlog health, prioritization, and delivery alignment
Translate business opportunities into product features and user stories leveraging AI/ML and automation
What you’ll need
Experience working as part of an Agile Release Train in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Experience in Retail Merchandising domain, including buying/procurement, planning, inventory management, allocation and replenishment
Experience within a retail IT environment
Experience mentoring or partnering with Product Owners to support backlog health, prioritization, and delivery alignment
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent; will consider three years of progressive experience per year of education
Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer-based visa sponsorship
