About the role
Nscale is hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead the Fleet Operations product area of its AI cloud platform, partnering with engineering, SRE, and data centre operations to improve GPU fleet availability, utilisation, and recovery through operational software and tooling.
What you’ll do
Own strategy, delivery, and evolution of the Fleet Operations product area
Partner with engineering, SRE, data centre operations, and Support teams
Improve GPU fleet availability, utilisation, and recovery through operational software and tooling
What you’ll need
5–8 years of product management experience in software or technology
Strong technical fluency in large-scale systems, architecture trade-offs, and feasibility
Experience building products for operators such as SREs, NOC/support teams, and data centre technicians
Experience with data centre networking, including InfiniBand and RoCE
Hands-on background in cloud infrastructure, bare-metal provisioning, observability, or incident management tooling
Experience with provisioning, DCIM, ITSM, and observability platforms such as OpenStack Ironic, NetBox, Jira Service Management, and Grafana
