About the role
Cardone Training Technologies is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead and rebuild its technology stack, manage IT operations and security, and drive revenue through internal and external technology initiatives.
What you’ll do
Lead technology strategy and IT operations
Oversee infrastructure, security, and budget management
Manage and lead a lean technology team
Drive tech stack consolidation and build-vs-buy decisions
Turn internal technology into commercial products
Apply AI to cut costs and build new capability
What you’ll need
Minimum 10 years of IT management experience with leadership of a technology team
Hands-on expertise with VMware, Active Directory, MDM, AWS, Google Workspace, Mac desktop environment, and application development
Experience with client/server data networks in multi-facility environments
Record of driving tech stack consolidation and build-vs-buy decisions
Strong knowledge of AI tools and platforms with applied business impact
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
