About the role
RSAC is seeking a Senior IT Manager to lead corporate IT operations, manage service providers, and administer core workplace technologies including Microsoft 365 and Intune. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, customer service focus, and project management skills.
What you’ll do
Lead day-to-day Corporate IT operations
Manage service providers and vendor relationships
Administer core workplace technologies (Microsoft 365, Intune, etc.)
Own endpoint administration for Windows and macOS
Escalate and resolve complex support issues
Partner with IT Security on identity and access initiatives
What you’ll need
5+ years of progressive corporate IT / systems administration experience
2+ years supervising IT operations or technical vendors
Advanced Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration
Strong Microsoft Intune experience across Windows and macOS
Practical experience with Conditional Access, MFA, SAML/OIDC, SCIM, RBAC
Residency in one of the listed US states
