About the role

What you’ll do
Lead design, development, prototyping, and deployment of scalable software solutions
Guide transition of emerging technology initiatives into secure production environments
Lead technical initiatives across the complete SDLC
Move emerging technology solutions from proof of concept through production deployment and governance
Mentor engineers and influence technical decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, design, data, security, architecture, and business
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in CS or related discipline with 8+ years experience (or 10+ without degree)
Strong hands-on software engineering experience with complex applications, distributed systems, APIs, platforms, or cloud-native solutions
Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Go
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, system integration, API development, and distributed systems
Practical experience developing or integrating AI/ML solutions, Generative AI applications, LLMs, Agentic AI, or RAG
Experience with cloud-native and serverless architectures, Kubernetes, microservices, and event-driven architecture
