About the role
Leads technical program management for a joint development program, covering experimentation events, demonstrations, and integration activities while coordinating engineering, military, and leadership stakeholders.
What you’ll do
Manage technical planning, readiness, and execution for experimentation events, demonstrations, and multi-service activities.
Coordinate engineering teams, operators, service representatives, and leadership.
Manage complex technical dependencies across program activities.
Coordinate schedules across multiple time zones and distributed locations.
Ensure cross-service coordination and alignment with joint operations and C2 concepts.
What you’ll need
18+ years of experience supporting or managing DoD technical experimentation, demonstrations, exercises, or integration events.
Experience with advanced joint C2 and fires-related systems (e.g., JFN, CJADC2).
Understanding of joint operations, mission systems, and cross-service coordination.
Strong program or project management background with complex technical dependencies.
Bachelor's degree required.
Active PMP or DAWIA certification and TS/SCI clearance.
