About the role
NVIDIA is hiring a senior system software engineer to architect and develop production software for datacenter power management, covering power-management controllers and cluster-level power control. The role spans design, validation, silicon bring-up, productization, and deployment, with deep focus on low-level C software and hardware-software interactions.
What you’ll do
Architect and develop production software for datacenter power-management controllers

What you’ll need
BS/MS in CS, CE, EE, or equivalent experience
12+ years of experience in system software, embedded firmware, device drivers, or hardware-related production software
Strong C programming and low-level software development skills
Deep understanding of OS fundamentals, device-driver architecture, embedded/real-time software, concurrency, and interrupt handling
Experience with datacenter and GPU/CPU/SoC power and performance management, including DVFS, power capping, and thermal management
Excellent debugging and communication skills across hardware and software layers
