About the role
Snowflake is hiring a Senior Solution Engineer for its Observe observability platform to serve as the primary technical resource for Sales. The role focuses on closing opportunities through technical discovery, demonstrations, proof-of-concept evaluations, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect in the software industry
Deep technical understanding of modern Observability concepts and tools such as Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and ELK Stack
Familiarity with cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes, Docker, and Microservices, and major cloud platforms AWS, Azure, and GCP
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Experience selling to Developer, DevOps, and SRE personas, ideally in a high-growth Observability or APM company
