About the role

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
5+ years in business, technology, financial services, or consulting, including 3+ years with Agile teams in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
Working knowledge of investment accounting and financial/regulatory reporting frameworks, including SAP, NAIC, GAAP, and TAX basis differences
Experience managing product backlogs, translating complex requirements into actionable user stories, and delivering technology/data-driven solutions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Familiarity with investment accounting platforms such as SimCorp Dimension and AI-enabled tools
