About the role
Ellucian is seeking a Product Support Analyst to provide technical and product support for its Colleague Finance and HR products, troubleshooting issues, coordinating resolutions, and documenting cases to enhance customer self-help.

Handle problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up
Maintain historical records and related problem documentation

Experience troubleshooting with Ellucian Colleague product
Familiarity with Colleague Finance and/or Human Resources business processes
Ability to independently deal with complex problems
Familiarity logging and tracking complex cases using ServiceNow database
Experience working with SQL and APIs
