About the role
STERIS is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and IT on system enhancements, process improvements, and adoption. This role translates business needs into solutions, leads testing and training, and provides guidance to other Business Systems Analysts.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 5 years of related Salesforce experience
Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, documenting business processes, and supporting system implementations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to analyze and map complex field service workflows; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Oracle or similar ERP
Salesforce certification and Salesforce Field Service experience preferred; 2 years of analysis-related or project management experience preferred
