About the role

Honeywell Aerospace is hiring a Senior Finance Analyst for its Phoenix, AZ location to support the Avionics GBE with financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting in a hybrid work arrangement.

What you’ll do

Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and strategic initiatives
Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost savings and process improvements
Deliver accurate financial forecasts and analyze trends for the Avionics GBE
Provide actionable insights supporting business growth and operational efficiency

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in finance or related roles
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
Experience with financial reporting tools and software such as Excel and ERP systems
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
U.S. person status required due to export control laws
