About the role
Lead day-to-day operation of Cerebras-managed production infrastructure, establishing fleet-health visibility and operational processes while coordinating incident response, maintenance, and automation as the infrastructure fleet scales.
What you’ll do
Lead day-to-day operation of production infrastructure
Establish fleet-health visibility and operational processes
Coordinate incident response, maintenance, repairs, and physical interventions
Drive automation to reduce operational toil as fleet scales
Coordinate work between centralized operations and onsite technical teams
Ensure high availability and service restoration for complex infrastructure
What you’ll need
8+ years in infrastructure operations, cloud operations, SRE, HPC, or similar
3+ years leading technical operations teams
Experience operating complex, highly available production infrastructure
Strong understanding of monitoring, telemetry, incident response, and hardware troubleshooting
Experience with AI/HPC, large-scale compute, or distributed infrastructure
Experience managing hardware repair/RMA processes and NOC/Fleet Operations capabilities
