3+ years supporting enterprise monitoring, alerting, and operational management tools
Experience with enterprise observability platforms such as Datadog, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, or Splunk
Experience supporting Microsoft Azure, AWS, hybrid cloud environments, and automation tools
