About the role

What you’ll do
Drive operational excellence and performance visibility
Support strategic planning across functions
Build dashboards and KPI reporting
Optimize Power BI data models and reporting workflows

Support executive leadership and board-level reporting
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field
5–8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, Finance, or Consulting
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including PowerQuery
Hands-on Power BI dashboard and visualization experience
Experience with CRM and revenue systems and sales compensation
Strong sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, and revenue performance management
