About the role

What you’ll do
Monitor system reliability, performance, and availability
Manage incidents, triage, troubleshooting, and escalation
Support Kubernetes and Docker environments
Drive automation and operational excellence
Collaborate with Development, DevSecOps, and Engineering teams
What you’ll need
3–5 years of SRE, DevOps, or Production Support experience
Experience with Datadog or similar monitoring tools
Experience supporting Kubernetes and Docker
Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases
Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, Java, or C#
