What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, CRM platform leadership, or enterprise applications
Hands-on Salesforce CRM experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, integrations, workflow automation, security model, and release lifecycle
Experience managing enterprise CRM products or large-scale Salesforce initiatives
Salesforce certifications in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Administration, and ITIL Product Manager
