About the role
HERE is seeking a Product Enablement Intern to help teams get more value from its Enterprise Browser by understanding workflows, building internal tools in HERE Studio, and training users. The role involves creating enablement materials and refining tools based on feedback.
What you’ll do
Understand team workflows and technical challenges
Build and organize internal tools in HERE Studio
Train end users on complex software
Create clear enablement materials such as video walkthroughs, quick-reference guides, and FAQs
Refine tools based on user feedback
Work cross-functionally to identify bottlenecks
What you’ll need
Pursuing or completed a degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
Eye for simple, usable interfaces and interest in workflow design
Comfortable using AI tools to build or prototype software
Strong technical aptitude with ability to train end users on complex software
Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
Organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple projects
