3–5 years of software development experience with streaming media, VOD, media-processing workflows, or comparable ETL/workflow systems
Proficiency in Go
Experience with web technologies, digital video workflows and operations, and video technology development
Applied experience designing and building cloud-based systems on AWS
Experience designing agentic workflows, including tool integration, orchestration, guardrails, observability, and human-in-the-loop controls
