About the role
Lenovo is hiring a North America GTM Finance AI & Automation Lead to identify, build, and implement AI-enabled automation solutions for Finance workflows, partnering with business and IT leaders to drive adoption and governance.
What you’ll do
Identify, build, and implement AI-enabled automation solutions for Finance workflows
Provide financial analysis and translate business needs into technical requirements
Improve solution adoption and governance
Map finance processes and data flows
Define acceptance criteria and test outputs
Work effectively with IT and data teams
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of experience in technology, manufacturing, consulting, or complex global organization
Strong grounding in core FPA work including financial modeling, planning, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and business partnership
Demonstrated experience delivering AI, automation, analytics, or digital-transformation solutions for Finance
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Power BI, plus practical experience with prompts, workflow automation, or AI agents
Strong communication, facilitation, training, change management, and stakeholder-influence skills
