About the role
OpenAI is looking for a Technical Systems Program Manager to drive strategy and execution for CRM systems across Salesforce and adjacent platforms, partnering with engineering and operations teams to scale AI-native workflows and processes.
What you’ll do
Drive strategy, alignment, prioritization, and execution for CRM systems
Partner with Engineering, Revenue Operations, Data, and Enterprise Platform teams
Operationalize scalable CRM workflows and AI-native processes
Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through operationalization
What you’ll need
8+ years experience in technical program management or adjacent roles
Strong understanding of CRM workflows and user operations support systems
Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, event-driven architectures, and Salesforce
Experience in SOX/SOC2-controlled environments with SDLC and release management
Excellent communication and ability to reason through system design tradeoffs
Experience in AI-native, high-growth, or ambiguous environments
