About the role
UTMB Health is seeking a Manager of Audit Services to lead assurance and advisory engagements that improve risk management, internal controls, and governance, while supporting the Director of Audit Services with administrative and strategic planning.
What you’ll do
Oversee assurance and advisory engagements

Support the Director of Audit Services with administrative functions
Contribute to strategic planning
Lead and manage the audit services team
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field
Six years of relevant experience, including three years of internal audit and three years of leadership experience
CIA or CPA certification
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance processes
CISA certification; experience in academic health care, data analytics, and AI
