About the role
LINQ seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex strategic-account implementations for K-12 school operations software, coordinating teams and stakeholders to deliver statewide multi-product rollouts from planning through stabilization.
What you’ll do

Present risk, status, and trade-offs to senior internal and customer executives
Directly manage or mentor project managers and implementation staff
Stand up or improve PMO-style governance functions
What you’ll need
8+ years of program or project management experience
Track record of leading large, multi-workstream engagements
Experience managing statewide, enterprise, or multi-site rollouts
Demonstrated ability to manage up
Experience directly managing or mentoring other project managers
Strong command of program governance including RAID logs, steering committees, and phase gates
