About the role

GoodRx seeks a senior healthcare regulatory counsel to independently manage complex legal matters involving employee benefits contracts, healthcare regulatory product reviews, and AI initiatives, providing practical guidance to bring products and programs to market responsibly.

What you’ll do

Draft and negotiate employee benefits vendor agreements
Lead healthcare regulatory legal reviews of products
Assess federal and state healthcare requirements
Review AI tools and vendors for regulatory implications
Develop AI review criteria and approval processes
Monitor legal developments and update contracts

What you’ll need

Juris Doctor and active bar membership
8+ years of relevant legal experience
Experience with employee benefits vendor agreements
Experience advising healthcare or digital health businesses
Ability to manage complex matters with sound judgment
Strong negotiation and communication skills
