About the role

SharkNinja seeks a Senior Manager to lead product integrity for water, kitchenware, and cookware programs, ensuring 5-star quality standards across new product development. This remote role involves leading a quality team, running build reviews, and using predictive modeling to drive product excellence.

What you’ll do

Own the 5-star quality standard across NPD programs
Lead quality input into build reviews with actionable insights
Coach and challenge cross-functional counterparts on quality
Lead and develop a team of quality professionals
Plan and run Pre-MP VEGA Hacks to surface issues
Build predictive models to forecast in-market ratings

What you’ll need

7+ years in product quality, development, or engineering
Proven people leadership experience
Strong working knowledge of DFMEA methodology
Knowledge of safety testing and regulatory standards
Analytical skills with predictive modeling and IHUT data
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
